Cake Smash sessions celebrate your baby’s big first birthday in a fun, relaxed, and thoughtfully guided way. These sessions take place in my studio and are designed to fit whatever vibe you’re imagining — from simple and sweet to playful and styled.

What Cake Smash Sessions Are Like
Cake Smash sessions are playful and child-led.
We start by giving your little one space to settle in and get comfortable. I guide gently throughout the session so you never feel unsure of what to do, but there’s plenty of room for your child’s personality to shine.
Some babies dive right into the cake, others explore slowly, and both are absolutely perfect. We follow their pace and capture all the sweet, silly, and candid moments that make these sessions so special.

This session allows time for milestone portraits, the cake smash, and a splash or bath finale, with everything moving at a comfortable pace.

• 60 minutes of studio session time
• 40 professionally edited, high-resolution digital images
• A fully custom-designed cake smash set created for your child
• Specialty props and décor purchased or created for your session
• Coordinated backdrop, flooring, and overall styling
• Milestone portraits prior to the cake smash

Location Options & Travel Fees
Cake smash sessions may take place in studio or at an outdoor location, depending on the session and setup selected.
Travel is not included in session pricing. Travel outside of Gilroy and Morgan Hill is billed at $2 per mile, calculated to the session location.
Any additional costs required to complete the session — including parking fees, location or permit fees, lodging, airfare, or other travel-related expenses — are the client’s responsibility and will be added to the final invoice.
All travel fees and related expenses are confirmed in advance and must be paid prior to the session.
